We are Jesse Baidwan Developments. We specialize in the custom and spec building of custom homes in the Greater Victoria, BC area. We design and build beautifully crafted, award-winning, quality homes which provide lasting value for generations to come. Jesse, Owner and Professional Builder, has over 10 years of solid experience in designing and building high quality homes and developments with Jesse Baidwan Developments. Jesse also worked with Tourism Victoria and Delta Ocean Point for a decade. He completed his bachelor degree in Business and Commerce at the University of Victoria. Jesse has a strong focus on quality, sustainability and community in his work. He recently received the Care Award for creative green design for a home on Richardson St. in Fairfield. Jesse is an active member of the Canadian Homebuilders Association and Built Green Committee.
Jesse manages all construction operations and is a hands-on builder. Every new home is unique and well-crafted with exceptional quality to suit you, your family and today’s lifestyle.
